All our products are handcrafted wooden items made with natural materials. Due to the handmade nature of our products:
- Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in grain, color, and finish
- Natural wood characteristics such as grain patterns and color variations are not considered defects
- Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly
- Product colors may appear different on various computer monitors
Ordering and Payment
When you place an order with us:
- Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products
- We reserve the right to accept or decline your order
- Payment must be received in full before dispatch
- We accept major credit cards and PayPal
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
Delivery
- Processing time: 3-7 business days for handcrafted items
- UK delivery: 5-10 business days
- International delivery: 10-21 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
- You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
- We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages
- Natural variations in wood are not grounds for liability
